
Kimberly Grass is Owner of K Grass Business Consulting. She has over nine years of business, marketing and auditing experience. She always has had an entrepreneurial spirit and wanted to use the skills she acquired to help other business owners. She enjoys helping business owners to expand and improve. Her attention to detail and organizational skills enables her to provide the highest quality service possible for her clients. She strives at helping entrepreneurs to maximize their business potential. She has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Plymouth State University. She is a Professor at Southern New Hampshire University. Kimberly is also a Certified Real Estate Support Specialist and a Certified QuickBooks User.
Kimberly conducted a research project through the Small Business Institute that focused on the subject companies marketing initiatives and real estate analysis. This provided her with an in depth knowledge of the real estate industry and market research. Kimberly also worked with the Economic Development Department for the City of Rochester, New Hampshire. She assisted in the revitalization of the downtown area and presentation to the city businesses. Kimberly has also volunteered for the International Virtual Assistants Association for the past three years including working as the Associate Editor for the IVAACast. She has also been a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity since 2004.

Jason Grass is Owner and Project Manager for K Grass Business Consulting. He is a licensed New Hampshire Realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Jason also has a Masters in Business Administration from Plymouth State University. He has extensive experience in real estate, marketing, copywriting and administrative support. Jason completed a fundraising and small business research report on a subject company in New Hampshire. This provided the small business with objectives to increase their marketing and fundraising initiatives. Jason was exposed to real estate and what it takes to be successful in the market, having a mother that has been in the industry for over 30 years. This showed home the cyclical nature of the market and the drive to succeed no matter what the conditions are.
Jason has been involved in real estate for over three years. He earned his license in a time when the market in New Hampshire was not doing well, so he understands what is needed to achieve success. This has given him insight on what really needs to be done to get the edge in a tough market, and to distinguish oneself from the competition. Jason has always had a very competitive nature. This makes him want to do more than just the bare minimum. He has always wanted to stand out from the crowd and be the best. Jason is passionate about customer service and gets a great deal of satisfaction from helping people. To him it’s more than just his job, he strives to give a superior service to each and every customer he works with.
